立田山自然公園

今日は天気が良いので立田自然公園を散歩してきました。冬の立田山はタイトルにも書いたように虫・スズメバチ・マムシがいないので、快適にウォーキングをすることが出来ます♪♪

立田山は横に広いので何ヶ所も駐車場があります。ここはその一つ。

お手洗いは定期的に掃除してもらっているので、公園のお手洗いにしては綺麗ですよ。ありがたいです。感謝(-人-)

立田山には春の森、夏の森、秋の森、冬の森があります。今日は冬の森に行ってみます。

立田山は市がお金をかけて整備してくれているので、とても歩き易いです。

立田山憩いの森の中で、この車道両側の沢筋一帯を冬の森と称しています。沢の下流にある野鳥の森には秋から冬にかけて咲く花木のツバキ、サザンカや実のなるモチノキ、ウメモドキ、ピラカンサスなどの野鳥の食餌木（エサ木）が植えられています。

また、この付近ではウグイス、ヤマドリ、キジバト、コジュケイ、ホオジロ、メジロなどが観察できます。西側のイシ類高木林は、2次林ながら立田山の潜在植生を残す貴重な樹林帯で、この林の歩道からの景観がよく絶好の散策コースになっています。

犬の散歩は放さずに、フンはお持ち帰り下さい。
イノシシ注意！危険ですので見つけても近寄らないで下さい。また刺激(大声・急な動き・フラッシュなど)をあたえると攻撃してくる可能性があります。

僕は何十回とここでウォーキングしてますが、まだイノシシに出くわしたことはありません。イノシシは夜行性なので、出会わないのだと思います。しかし、立田山に居ることは事実。日が沈む前には帰った方がいいでしょう。

山頂はちょっとした広場になっています。ベンチもたくさん設置されてます。立田山は高さもなく木々が茂っているので景色を楽しむことは出来ないんだよね。それが唯一気に入らないところ。

冬の森は寒いイメージがあるかもしれませんが、ウォーキングしているとポカポカです。虫もハチもいないので快適です。

週末はにぎわう
ウォーキングする方がけっこういらっしゃします。学生さんがトレーニングでランニングしていることも。

女性の一人歩きは危険！？
僕は一人で散歩してても危険な目に合ったことはありません。しかし、ここは広い森の中、女性の一人歩きはオススメしません。

ダイエットに効果的！？
この日は2時間20分歩きました。（休憩を含む）耳では携帯音楽プレーヤーで聴きながら歩くと疲れを感じにくい。気が付くと2時間以上歩いていることも少なくないよ。
